Jay Joyer has extensive work experience in the field of corporate communications and public relations. Jay started their career as an Account Executive at Manning Selvage and Lee in 1999, where they managed lifestyle and entertainment events for Nike Town and represented the western region office of General Motors. In 2002, they joined Burson-Marsteller as a Senior Associate and worked there until 2003. In this role, they gained valuable experience in the industry. Since 2003, Jay has been working at Zeno Group as an Executive Vice President. Jay is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of corporate communications and public relations activities for Kia America. Jay leads a 13-person team and has successfully delivered more than 6 billion earned media impressions with 85-percent favorable sentiment in 2021.

Jay Joyer attended the University of Southern California from 1994 to 1998. Jay obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations.
