Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jessica began their career in 2016 as a Tasting Room Associate/Keyholder at Stoney Ridge Estate Winery/Mike Weir Winery. In 2017, they joined Shoppers Drug Mart as a Post Office Clerk and later became a Front End Supervisor. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Retail & Events Associate at Flat Rock Cellars. In 2019, they joined the Wine Marketing Association of Ontario where they initially started as a Public Relations Intern and later became a PR & Marketing Coordinator. Jessica's most recent role is at Zeno Group, where they started as an Account Executive in 2021 and was promoted to Senior Account Executive in July 2022.

Jessica Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Honours English at the University of Guelph from 2013 to 2017. In 2018, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations at Niagara College, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, they obtained the Level 2 Award in Wine & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2019. Jessica also engaged in continuing education at the University of Victoria, specializing in Public Relations, starting in 2017. Apart from their academic education, they obtained the TCPS 2: Course on Research Ethics from the Panel on Research Ethics in September 2018. Furthermore, they achieved Level 8 Piano & Piano Theory certification from The Royal Conservatory of Music in June 2012.
