Justin D'Onofrio

Justin D'Onofrio is an experienced leader in AI and innovation, currently serving as Head of AI & Innovation at Zeno Group since August 2025, where a focus is placed on human-centered technology transformation. Previously, D'Onofrio held the position of Senior Director of Product & Creative Tech at Lippincott, directing the creative and technical vision for an AI-driven personal finance ecosystem tailored to consumer needs. An extensive background includes roles at CGI as Experience Director, overseeing UX and game design for a lab technician experience overhaul; at Makeable LLC as Head of Product, leading the development of an AI-powered conversational entertainment platform for Nickelodeon; and as Founder of Bears Repeating, a game production consultancy. Additional experiences include co-founding Guidebits, overseeing operations at Freeverse (DeNA), and serving as System Specialist at The Chapin School.
