Jessica Lord

Jessica Lord is an accomplished maritime professional with extensive experience in operations and safety management across various sectors of the shipping industry. Currently serving as the Subsea Safety & Compliance Manager at Zeno Power since September 2025, Jessica previously held key roles such as Operations Manager at DS NORDEN and Fleet Operations Manager at SubCom. A solid background includes significant tenure at BP as a Vessel Operator, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple vessels and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additional experience includes roles with the US Navy Reserve, American Eagle Tankers, Gulfmark Offshore, and Crowley Maritime. Jessica holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Maritime Operations and Technology from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
