Prior to their current roles, Dimple worked as a Vice President at BNY Mellon and as a Manager at Reliance Industries Limited. Dimple has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
