Neil Batta has worked in various IT roles since 2002. In 2002, they began as the Software Support Manager for Maaco Enterprises. From 2008 to 2012, they were the Manager of Information Services for Boehringer Labs Inc., where they were responsible for systems administration, ERP systems support, and help desk management. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Senior Systems Administrator for LDR, where they were responsible for all facets of IT infrastructure. Since 2015, they have been a Senior Enterprise Customer Support Engineer for Zenoss, assisting customers with problems on a broad range of technologies.
Neil Batta has a diverse educational background. Neil obtained a Diploma from Penncrest High School in 1995. Neil then attended Villanova University, graduating in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance. In 2003, they obtained a Network+ certification from Comptia. Neil then attended Penn State Great Valley, graduating in 2007 with a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Science. In 2021, they obtained a Learn Python 3 Course certification from Codecademy. Neil also holds a Comptia A+ certification.
