Tatiana Smolina

Tatiana Smolina has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 when they were an International Student Ambassador for the CIS region at Lancaster University. Tatiana also held the role of Executive Member at Lancaster University Ukrainian Society, Student Mentor at Lancaster University Management School, and Summer Fundraiser at Champions Life Academy in 2015. In 2016, Tatiana became a Research Interviewer for High-Fliers Research at The Times and a Sr. Project Manager at Zenoss. In this role, they were responsible for managing professional services delivery for customers who purchased either Zenoss on-prem or SaaS products, as well as migration services, any of Zenoss ootb integrations, and other custom development projects.

Tatiana Smolina has a Master of Science in E-Business and Innovation from Lancaster University, which they obtained in 2019. Tatiana also has a Bachelor's Degree in Management & Organisation from the same university, which they obtained in 2016. Additionally, they have a Humanitarian Sciences degree from Pushkin's Gymnasium, which they obtained in 2012. Her certifications include Critical Thinking and Problem Solving from LinkedIn (2023), Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile (2020), Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile (2021), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from Project Management Institute (2017).
