Ashutosh Sharma

Ashutosh Sharma has over a decade of experience in product support and technical client solutions. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Product Support and Technical Account Management at Zenoti since January 2020, Ashutosh has progressed through various leadership roles, including Manager and Lead positions. Prior to this, Ashutosh worked at S&P Global Market Intelligence from September 2014 to December 2019, holding roles such as Assistant Manager, Technical Client Solutions and Senior Product Support Engineer. Earlier experience includes a Product Support Consultant role at Basware from March 2013 to August 2014. Ashutosh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Graphic Era University, Dehradun, and has a strong background in implementing and supporting software applications, as well as training and mentoring team members.
