Dayna Gust is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations within the beauty industry. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Project Manager at Zenoti since January 2021, Dayna previously held the position of Director of Operations at Birds Barbershop from September 2012 to August 2020. In this role, responsibilities included recruiting and onboarding new stylists, developing educational programs to enhance stylist skills, and optimizing scheduling for improved client experiences. Prior experience as a stylist at Rudy's Barbershop and Gene Juarez Salons & Spas provided a solid foundation in customer service and industry trends.
