Panchali Das

Panchali Das is the VP of Talent at Zenoti. Panchali has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources.

Panchali started their career as an Executive HR at Newgen Software Technologies in 2001. Panchali then moved to IBM- Daksh in 2003, where they worked as an Assistant Manager HR. In 2005, they joined American Express as a Relationship Leader HR for the Financial Center East.

In 2009, Panchali was promoted to Service Delivery Leader – HR Operations. In 2012, they were again promoted to Director- Global Strategic Capabilities & Servicing - JAPA. In 2014, they became the Director – Market Human Resource – India. And in 2017, they were promoted to Head Human Resource – India Business.

Panchali left American Express in 2019 to join Reliance Brands Limited as the Head HR for Mothercare. Panchali only worked there for 9 months before joining Zenoti as the VP of Talent in December 2019.

Panchali Das has a Master's degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Delhi University.

Panchali Das reports to Namratha Roy, Chief People Officer.
