Ravi Shinde

Ravi Shinde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and application consulting, currently serving as Lead Product Specialist at Zenoti since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ravi was an Application Consultant at Harris Computer from October 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading Cayenta ERP financial module implementations and facilitating client workshops to identify business requirements. Ravi's earlier experience as a Senior Consultant and Solution Architect at Deloitte, from February 2012 to September 2016, involved system configurations and consultations on SAP GRC & Security, contributing to the implementation of access control processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Ravi holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
