Troy Parks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and technical training. They began their career as a Marketing General Manager at Western Interstate Mortgage, where they oversaw hiring, training, and production monitoring. Following this, Troy served as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Castleview Home Loans, then moved to Dish Network as a Call Center Operations Manager and Expert Technical Trainer. Currently, Troy is a Senior Technical Sales Engineer at Zenoti, having previously held a similar role at Jonas Fitness, Inc., where they conducted training and provided software support.
