Florian Gilles

Florian Gilles is the current Chief Operations Manager at Zenpark. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality and Operation Manager at Voltalis from November 2010 to March 2016, where they supervised a team of 15 technicians and engineers. Florian was also responsible for structuring and developing the quality management system, as well as managing documentation and inspecting previously installed stock. In addition, they implemented and optimized processes for the deployment of the Voltalis box (Smart Grid technology).

From December 2009 to November 2010, Florian worked as a Production Management Engineer – Lean manufacturing at L'Oréal, where they led a team for Lean manufacturing projects including SMED, standard of regulation and preventive maintenance with the objective of improving production line efficiency (TRS). Florian also participated in technical projects within the packaging workshop team, which included the technical modifications of packaging lines and the design of additional lines in the workshop.

Florian Gilles has a Mastère Spécialisé in Génie des système de production et management de la SupplyChain from Centrale Lille and a French Graduate Engineering Degree in Mecatronics department from ENIB.

Florian Gilles works with Francois Souterelle - CTO, Aurelien Beaumont - CMO, and Frédéric Sebban - VP, Sales and Business Development & Co-Founder. Their manager is William ES Rosenfeld, CEO & Co-Founder. and Louis Poitevin - Product Owner reports to Florian Gilles.
