Rochelle Timmerman has over fifteen years of experience in professional services and customer success management. Rochelle began their career in 2004 at Carlson Marketing as a Prepaid Card Operations Coordinator and Operations Specialist. In 2011, they joined Aimia Inc as an Account Manager. In 2014, they moved to E-GROUP, INC. as an Account Manager. From 2015 to 2019, they were an Account Director/Sr. Customer Success Manager at BI WORLDWIDE. In 2019, they joined Site Impact as a Senior Onboarding Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager. Most recently, in 2020 they joined Zenput as a Manager, Professional Services and Senior Customer Success Manager.
Rochelle Timmerman earned a BS in Environmental Science and Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Rochelle then went on to obtain an MBA in Business from St. Cloud State University. In 2018, they also obtained a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) certification from the University of St. Thomas.
