Stephen Smith has a strong background in the food service industry. Stephen began their career as a Restaurant Crew Member at Chipotle Mexican Grill in 2014. Stephen then progressed through various roles, including Kitchen Manager, Service Manager, Apprentice, and General Manager. In 2018, they moved to sweetgreen where they served as General Manager. In 2019, they joined Toast, Inc. as a Field Implementation Engineer and is currently working at ZenQMS as an Implementation and Client Support Specialist since 2020. Throughout their career, Stephen has been responsible for hiring, training, and managing teams of varying ages and experience levels.
