Andrew Roberts

Andrew Roberts is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Product at Zensai since August 2023, focusing on the strategy and development of the Human Success Platform. Prior to this role, Andrew founded and led Weekly10 as CEO until its acquisition by LMS365/Zensai in 2023, contributing to cultural transformation in organizations. Previous positions include Head of Software at CommScope, where Andrew directed projects in Augmented Reality and Machine Learning, and Global Lead for Software & Systems Engineering at TE Connectivity, leading a large team of engineers. Andrew's early career involved agile development and project management roles at THG and Deutsche Bank, where notable contributions were made to equity trading systems. Andrew holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Warwick.
