Daniel Meza de la Rosa

Daniel Meza de la Rosa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Senior Technical Lead at Zensar Technologies since October 2021, Daniel previously held positions at CompuCom from January 2015 to October 2021, including Technical Support Manager and Service Desk Technician III. During this time, Daniel provided high-level support, identified improvement areas for team performance, and trained junior technicians.
