Majid Khorsand Vakilzadeh

Majid Khorsand Vakilzadeh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in system architecture and data science, currently serving as a System Architect for AD safety verification and Product Owner roles at Zenseact since October 2020. Previous positions include Data Scientist at ZENUITY2 and a Postdoctoral Researcher at Chalmers University of Technology, where research focused on statistical data analysis and structural fatigue for wind turbines. Academic contributions span from Graduate Research Assistant to Teaching Assistant at Chalmers University, encompassing structural dynamics and model validation. Early career experiences include leading a research team at Sharif University of Technology and internships in engine performance measurement at DESA and IPCO. Majid holds a Ph.D. in Structural Dynamics from Chalmers University and has pursued additional studies at Caltech and earned a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University and Amirkabir University, respectively.
