Sohrab Safavi

Sohrab Safavi is a highly skilled System Verification Engineer with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently employed at Zenseact since September 2020. Previously, Sohrab held similar positions at ZENUITY from July 2017 to September 2020 and worked as a CAE Engineer. Sohrab's engineering expertise was further developed at Volvo Cars, where a role as a CAE Active Safety Engineer was undertaken from June 2015 to June 2017. Sohrab also contributed to academia as a Laboratory Instructor and Teaching Assistant at Luleå University of Technology between September 2011 and November 2013. Sohrab holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Luleå University of Technology and has completed a Self-Driving Car Engineer program at Udacity, adding to a strong educational background that includes a Master's Degree from Shiraz University and a Bachelor's Degree from Isfahan University of Technology.
