Al Reicheg

Al Reicheg is the Founder and CEO of Sea Change Healthcare Consulting since July 2014, specializing in strategic advisory services for healthcare service companies. Al serves on the Dean's Advisory Board at Rutgers Business School and co-founded the Knights of The Raritan, an organization empowering Rutgers student-athletes. Al is also a member of the Executive Advisory Board for Pharmaceutical Executive, focusing on industry trends and challenges. Additional advisory roles include Zensights LLC, where guidance is provided for pharmaceutical manufacturers, and previous positions as Executive Director of Strategy at BIONICAL GROUP and Corporate Development Officer at Qforma Inc. Al's experience includes senior marketing roles at Savient Pharmaceuticals and MedPointe Pharmaceuticals, and an educational background with a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
