Jay Hinds has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jay started their career at State Farm Canada, where they worked as a Claim Representative in a call center environment, handling Commercial, Condominium, and Liability claims. Jay was later promoted to Claim Team Manager, where they managed and coached a team of 7 Claim Representatives, focusing on employee development and facilitating growth.
