Jemima B. has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Jemima started their career in 2014 as a Team Lead for Sales and Customer Satisfaction at Reliance Home Comfort. In 2017, they transitioned to 1-800-GOT-JUNK? where they served as a Team Lead for Sales and Customer Service.

In 2018, Jemima joined CompuStaff Corp. as an IT Recruiter, a role they held until 2020. During this time, they specialized in recruiting for IT positions and was involved in the full cycle of recruitment.

Jemima then joined Kelly in 2020 as an IT Recruiter, where they continued to focus on full-cycle recruiting for various institutions. Jemima sourced candidates through job search engines and managed the entire recruitment process, from interviewing to closing candidates.

From 2021 to 2022, Jemima worked at IT Unlock Inc. as a Team Lead Recruiter. In addition to full cycle in-house recruitment for IT Unlock and banking/insurance clients, they led other recruiters and conducted employee development training.

Currently, Jemima is working at Zensurance as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Their responsibilities include managing the recruitment process for IT/Engineering & Product roles, supporting recruitment for Insurance & Sales positions, and conducting international recruitment. Jemima is also involved in process improvement, candidate experience, employer branding, and employee training.

Jemima B. completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication from York University, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Great Lakes College of Toronto. In addition to their formal education, Jemima has also obtained certifications in "Performance-Based Hiring" and "Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters" from LinkedIn, in June 2022.
