Martin Cieszewski has a diverse work experience in the digital marketing and e-commerce industry. Martin started their career as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Intrawest ULC in 2000 and later worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Expedia Inc. from 2002 to 2005. Martin then joined eBay Inc. as a Digital Marketing Manager from 2005 to 2007. Martin then held the role of Digital Account Director at Manning Gottlieb OMD in 2007 before moving to Skype as a Senior Manager of Global Digital Marketing from 2008 to 2011. Martin then joined Marriott International as Director of eCommerce Channel Marketing and Distribution for EMEA from 2011 to 2014. Currently, Martin serves as the Head of Marketing and Digital Growth at Zensurance, where they lead the marketing strategies for the fintech company.

Martin Cieszewski has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of British Columbia, which they obtained in 1997. In 2019, they attended the University of Toronto for a short period to study Foundations of Brand Management in the field of Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, Martin obtained the following: Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences from LinkedIn in July 2020, Advanced Google Analytics from Google in August 2019, Amazon Advertising Sponsored Ads Accreditation from Amazon in July 2019, and Inbound Certification from HubSpot in January 2015 (obtained twice).
