Sebastian Buitrago, M.Sc. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sebastian started their career as a Quality Analyst at Banco Davivienda, where they monitored and scored inbound calls and provided metrics reports for quality performance. Sebastian then transitioned to the role of Project Analyst, managing all aspects of projects and defining and testing the UX/UI of digital services. Following this, they worked as a Senior Data Analyst at the same company, using SQL queries and algorithms to analyze customer behavior and handle data. Sebastian also worked at Durham College as a Data Analyst - Research Assistant at the AI Hub, where they developed statistical and forecasting models, created scripts and Jupyter Notebooks, and created test cases for data preprocessors, models, and visualizations. Sebastian then joined CGI as an Analytics Consultant, working with a global home furnishing retailer and responsible for tasks such as building and monitoring data migration jobs, analyzing log data, and developing queries for massive databases. Currently, Sebastian is working as an Analytics Engineer at Zensurance, where they are involved in pipeline development, data transformation, automation, and data accuracy assurance. Sebastian Buitrago, M.Sc. has an extensive education history in the field of data analytics and artificial intelligence. Sebastian holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Analytics for Business Intelligence from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018.
