Shannon Henderson

Shannon Henderson has a diverse range of experience in the insurance industry. Shannon is currently working as a Commercial Account Manager at Zensurance since July 2022. Before that, they worked as an Insurance Broker at AIM Insurance o/b Avon Insurance Management Inc. from January 2022 to June 2022. Prior to that, Shannon was a Broker Manager - Eastern Canada at SurexDirect.com from July 2018 to December 2019. Shannon also worked as a Claims Coordinator at Dalton Timmis Insurance Group from November 2017 to July 2018, and as a Mobile Sales Specialist at A.P. Reid Insurance Stores from March 2017 to October 2017. Shannon's previous experience includes working as a Commercial Lines Client Manager at Pearson Dunn Insurance from May 2016 to March 2017, and as a Personal Insurance Broker at McCallum & Misale Insurance Brokers from July 2013 to May 2016. Shannon started their career as an Insurance Advisor at Canada Brokerlink from June 2008 to July 2013.

Shannon Henderson attended Mohawk College from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Business Insurance. Prior to that, Shannon attended Glendale Secondary School from 1998 to 2001. In 2014, Shannon obtained a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) Designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada. They are also currently pursuing a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) certification and a CAIB certification, although the completion date for these certifications is unknown.
