Shauna Clasby CIP, RIBO began their career at The Galleon Restaurant in 2008, where they served as a Supervisor and Head Waitress until 2014.

Shauna then joined Aviva as a Direct Sales and Customer Service Representative from 2015 to 2016, where they provided excellent customer service and ensured compliance with regulatory standards.

In 2016, Shauna worked at Aviva as a Communications Lead, responsible for managing communications requests and evaluating their impact. Shauna also briefly served as a Junior Underwriter, assisting with underwriting duties and data entry.

Shauna's next role was at Aviva Canada, starting in 2016. Shauna worked as a Junior Underwriter, supporting the team with processing loss control reports and renewal notices, among other tasks, until 2019.

Since 2019, Shauna has been with Zensurance as a Renewal Associate (Commercial Broker) and currently as the Commercial Insurance Team Lead. In their current role, they continue to learn and inspire others while driving performance to exceed targets.

Throughout their career, Shauna has demonstrated strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Shauna Clasby CIP, RIBO completed their education from 2009 to 2011 at Salerno Secondary School, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate. Shauna then pursued further education at The Insurance Institute from 2015 to 2017, earning a Professional Diploma in Insurance (CIP) specializing in Insurance. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Certificate in Insurance (APA) from The Insurance Institute in February 2016. Shauna Clasby CIP, RIBO also holds the Insurance Broker certification from the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO), which they obtained in July 2019.
