Aaron Schweifler

Aaron Schweifler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management within the retail and sports industries. As Chief Operating Officer of Sports Basement since October 2007, Aaron oversees a significant workforce of over 1,000 employees and leads operations for multiple large stores and e-commerce initiatives, along with responsibilities in marketing, human resources, and corporate operations. Additionally, Aaron serves as Director of Operations for Zent, a company specializing in the rental of sports apparel and equipment. Previous roles include internships and analyst positions at prominent organizations such as Nike, Gap, Bain & Company, and Goldman Sachs. Aaron holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
