Enoch Kariuki

Enoch Kariuki is a Kenyan-American businessman and entrepreneur. Enoch is currently the Director at Zentalis Pharmaceuticals. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Lengo Therapeutics from January 2021 to December 2022. Lengo Therapeutics was acquired by Blueprint Medicines for up to $465 million. Before their time at Lengo Therapeutics, Enoch served as the Chief Financial Officer of VelosBio Inc. from June 2020 to February 2021. VelosBio Inc. was acquired by Merck for $2.75 billion.

Enoch Kariuki has an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Enoch also has a Tuck International Exchange Program in Finance & Strategy from the Indian School of Business. In addition, they have a Doctor of Pharmacy from Texas Southern University. Finally, they have a Diploma in Computer Electronics and Engineering from Graffins College - Nairobi.
