Lerna Arias

Lerna Arias has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lerna worked at Zentech Incorporated as a Director of Marketing, where they prepared packages for tenders, dealt with vendors, and identified new markets in Latin America. Prior to that, they served as a Marketing Coordinator, providing sales data and support to the sales staff and senior executives. Lerna also founded their own marketing company, Lerna Arias - Marketing. Lerna worked as a Safety and Quality Engineer - Internal Auditor at Independence Freight LLC and as an Executive and PMO Assistant at Zentech Incorporated, where they assisted senior management, supported project management, and performed internal audits. Additionally, they owned and managed a small janitorial business called LA Best Cleaners LLC, overseeing all aspects of operations. Lastly, Lerna worked as an Office Supervisor at CANTV, where they led a team and achieved recognition as the best customer service office in the region.

Lerna Arias completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer with Electronic Engineering at Universidad Yacambú from 1991 to 1996. Lerna then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at La Universidad del Zulia (LUZ) from 2000 to 2004.
