Caliph also worked as an Adjunct Professor and Academic Technical Consultant at Middlesex College from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Production Manager at Firmenich, Inc. and Production Manager and Contract Manufacturing Manager at Church & Dwight. Caliph also served as the Director of Manufacturing at L'Oreal S.A. where they managed production activities and implemented budgets and capital projects.
