Phillip König has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT and business process optimization fields. Phillip began their career at NATO, where they worked on integrated usage from 2000 to 2001. Phillip then moved on to Rödl & Partner as a trainee and later as a diplomand in 2005. In 2006, König joined KÖTTER Services, where they excelled as an IT process manager and also completed a trainee program. Since 2010, they have been with Zentis Group, holding positions such as IT department manager, head of business process optimization (IT/digitalization), and currently head of business process optimization & data. Phillip'sexpertise lies in managing IT processes, optimizing business operations, and leveraging data for organizational improvement.
Phillip König completed their education at the Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven from 2001 to 2005, earning a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. In addition, they have obtained various certifications such as Business Model Innovation, Certified OKR Master, Certified Scrum Master, Chief Information Manager, Digital Strategist, Digital Transformation Expert, Internationales Projektmanagement, Microsoft Power BI, Professional Scrum Master, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
