Iryna Soloviova has a wealth of experience in the airline industry. Iryna began their career in 2009 as a Sales & Traffic Agent with Turkish Airlines, where they handled booking and ticketing procedures, ensured the quality of Lost & Found service, and coordinated communication between crew, handling agents, and airport authorities. Iryna was awarded the Best Employee of the Month in October 2012 and their station was one of the TOP 10 Stations by On-Time Performance in August 2011. In 2013, they moved to Emirates as a Senior Ticket Desk Agent, where they generated revenue by offering a full range of Emirates products, supervised Ticketing Office operation, coordinated the Chauffeur Drive Service, managed activities at Check-in, Ramp, and Baggage areas, and handled flight disruption procedures. Iryna received two positive reviews from Emirates passengers and was appreciated for their support during the launch of Oslo station in September 2014. In 2015, they joined Acun International LTD. as a Reservation & Sales Manager, where they performed booking and ticketing procedures in GDS, hunted new customers and partners, maintained retention of existing customers, and developed the sub-agency network. Iryna launched an online channel of sales and increased annual air tickets' sales by 20%. In 2017, they moved to ETS International GmbH as a Product Owner and Sales Manager. Finally, in 2021, they joined Zentist as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager.

Iryna Soloviova's education history includes completing a Master's degree in Microbiology and Virology from Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University from 2003 to 2008. Iryna also took an English Language Course from Odessa University of Economics and Humanitarian Sciences in 2003. In 2007-2008, they took a Turkish Language Course from South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D.Ushinsky. From 2009 to 2011, they completed courses in Reservation&Ticketing, Passenger Handling, and DCS from Turkish Airlines Aviation Academy. In 2013, they completed courses in Amadeus Central System Course from Amadeus Training Center, Galileo Basic, Reservation and E-Ticketing from Galileo Training Centre, and Airport Services Operation from Emirates Aviation College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in PM Hard Skills from IAMPM and Technical Skills for PM&BA from E5.
