Aleksandra Rosochacka

Aleksandra Rosochacka has extensive work experience in various companies. In 2019, they worked at Zentiva Polska as the Head of Business Excellence/Strategic Projects Lead, where they made significant contributions to strategy preparation and implementation. Aleksandra also led strategic projects, managed performance management initiatives, and coordinated the corporate digital strategy. Additionally, they designed and modified bonus schemes and was a member of the local Management Team. Prior to this, they worked at Zentiva and Sanofi as a Finance Business Partner, handling financial matters and providing support to the business. Aleksandra also worked at innogy SE as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in the Controlling Department, where they managed forecasting and planning processes, led optimization projects, and handled cash flow and working capital projects. Aleksandra also worked at Novartis as an intern in the Business Analysis Department.

Aleksandra Rosochacka obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warsaw from 2004 to 2009. Aleksandra also earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin for the academic year 2007-2008. In 2016, they obtained a certification from CIMA.
