Katerina Mala has extensive experience in supply chain management, specifically in B2B operations, contract manufacturing, and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Supply Chain Head B2B at Zentiva since July 2015. Katerina's previous roles at Zentiva include Pharma Sales Manager and Supply Chain Manager for Export Markets, where key achievements included establishing a centralized supply chain organization for multiple territories and leading successful contract negotiations. Prior experience at RB involved managing external manufacturing planning and project management, alongside demand planning for health and personal care brands. Katerina's career began at Brainway Inc. as Sales Manager, overseeing production and customer service. Katerina holds a coaching degree from Systemicky institut and graduated from Masaryk's Business Academy with a focus on English, Accounting, and Economics.
