Issac Trejo

Issac Trejo's work experience began in 2014 as a Furniture Department Head at Cost Plus World Market, where they focused on evaluating performance, leading meetings, and achieving growth targets. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Desktop Support Technician at Argonne National Laboratory, providing desktop and network support. In 2019, they joined Everywhere Wireless as a Customer Support Representative, where they increased sales and streamlined repair processes. Issac later became a Senior Network Operations Technician, responsible for replacing hardware components and providing technical support. Currently, they work at Zentro Internet as a Senior Network Operations Center staff member.

Issac Trejo completed their Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering and Security from DePaul University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended the College of DuPage from 2011 to 2014 and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking Systems and Telecommunications, specializing in Network Security.

In addition to their formal education, Issac Trejo has obtained several certifications. In November 2021, they became a MikroTik Certified Network Associate. In May 2015, they obtained the Accessdata Certified certification. Furthermore, in May 2014, they completed the Computer and Internetworking Technologies CCNA Security certification, and in December 2013, they obtained the Computer and Internetworking Technologies Internetworking Technician certification, both from the College of DuPage.
