Aaron Liju Philip

Aaron Liju Philip has had a varied work experience since 2018. In that year, they served as the Music Club Advisor Head at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing Kancheepuram, where they were involved in the functioning of the music club and ensured participation in external college fests, as well as organized musical events in Samgatha 2019. Aaron also completed a summer internship at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, where they visited numerous shop floors in the aircraft division to learn about the activities, design & manufacturing operations involved in the building of a variety of aircraft parts and assembly of aircrafts, and constructed and submitted a detailed report. In 2019, Aaron worked at AMZ Automotive, where they designed and fabricated a quad bike, using 3D modelling and structural analysis in Solidworks, and performing various manufacturing operations such as cutting, grinding, drilling, welding, and fastening of nuts and bolts. Finally, in 2020 and 2021, Aaron worked at Zentron Labs Private Limited, first as a Product Design Intern, where they redesigned the top enclosure of the Instant Measurement Machine with display integration and improved serviceability, and then as an Associate Product Design Engineer and Graduate Engineer Trainee.

Aaron Liju Philip has a comprehensive educational background. Aaron attended Mathews Mar Athanasius Residential School, Chengannur from 2002 to 2014, where they obtained their ICSE (Class 10) in 2014. Aaron then attended the same school from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained their ISC (Class 12) in 2016. Aaron then pursued a B.Tech-Mechanical Engineering with Specialization in Design and Manufacturing+M. Tech Product Design at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing Kancheepuram from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, Aaron has obtained certifications from Coursera and NPTEL, including Materials Science: 10 Things Every Engineer Should Know, Applications in Engineering Mechanics, Introduction to Engineering Mechanics, Introduction to Mechanical Engineering Design and Manufacturing with Fusion 360, Modeling and Design for Mechanical Engineers with Autodesk Fusion 360, Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python), Python Data Structures, Using Python to Access Web Data, and Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms Using Python. Aaron also obtained a Grade 8 Piano (Level 3 Certificate in Graded Examination in Music Performance) from Trinity College London in 2014.
