Ana Silva

Ana Silva is a Cyber Security Analyst JR at ZENVIA since December 2022. In this role, Ana specializes in N1 support activities focusing on corporate infrastructure while assisting with departmental projects. Previously, Ana worked as an IT Assistant at Movidesk from February 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included workstation setup, N1 and N2 support, inventory management, and access control within SaaS and on-premise solutions. Ana contributed to a project centralizing access management to enhance security for the company. Early career experiences include a Young Apprentice role assisting a DPO in developing security and data privacy policies and subsequently transitioning to infrastructure support. Ana began professional training at Grupo Pacífico Sul as a Young Apprentice in early 2020, where Ana initially handled product dispatch before taking on analytical responsibilities in HR documentation. Ana is currently pursuing education at UNIASSELVI, expected to complete in July 2027.
