Hannah Mattos has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hannah began their career as an Instructor of Training at Flex Contact Center, where they worked from February 2005 to February 2007. Hannah then worked at TIVIT as a Business Analyst from February 2007 to December 2010, where they were responsible for business intermediary activities and customer profile analysis.

After that, they joined BZPlan Consultoria e Administração de Recursos as a Marketing and Commercial Coordinator from February 2011 to December 2011. In this role, they developed and implemented marketing and commercial strategies, conducted client prospecting, and negotiated consulting proposals for financial resource acquisition.

Hannah then worked at Grupo RIC Santa Catarina as a Sales Operations Manager from March 2012 to May 2016. In this position, they led a team of 30 employees and was responsible for sales strategies, subscriber loyalty programs, and project management.

From October 2016 to December 2018, Hannah worked as a Strategy Consultant at AdvBox, providing consulting services focused on innovation, valuation, business plans, and coaching.

From July 2016 to June 2017, they held two roles at Clint, first as a Head of Customer Success, where they were responsible for strategic consulting and improving client results through digital marketing integration. Later, they became the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the marketing and customer success teams, education channel management, and market strategies.

From January 2019 to January 2022, Hannah worked at FACISC – Federação das Associações Empresariais de Santa Catarina as a Business Strategy Specialist. Hannah'sresponsibilities included managing internal teams, developing and implementing operational and financial processes, and implementing BI projects.

Hannah then joined ZENVIA as a Strategic Alliances Junior Professional from December 2019 to January 2022. This position involved coordinating partnerships with ISV and Wholesale, as well as acquiring CPaaS solutions.

Starting in January 2022, they took on the role of Partnerships Coordinator - ISV and Wholesale at ZENVIA Inc., responsible for managing partnerships and collaborations.

Additionally, Hannah has contributed their expertise as a Mentor at ACATE - Associação Catarinense de Tecnologia since September 2020.

Hannah Mattos began their education in 2001 at the IFSC - Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina, where they completed their Ensino Médio in 2003. Hannah then pursued a degree in Gestão de Marketing from the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina from 2006 to 2008. Hannah further advanced their education by obtaining additional certifications such as Mastership in Sales - SaaS Sales Method from Winning by Design in August 2020 and Vendas na prática from Sales Hackers - Consultoria de Vendas e Customer Success in August 2020. Hannah also completed a 4-Day Virtual Program from the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute in February 2022. Currently, Hannah is pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Administração e Negócios from MBA USP/Esalq, with expected completion in 2024. Additionally, in September 2022, they obtained a certification in English Language from the ILSC Education Group.
