Kahena Barros

Kahena Barros has a diverse work experience. Kahena is currently working as a UX Writer at ZENVIA, where they are responsible for guiding clients in explaining the process of creating chatbots and optimizing user experiences. Kahena creates conversational flows that address client needs and ensure a great user experience. Kahena also provides guidance to the team, translates research insights into product improvements, and creates conversational records to establish a standard tone and voice for chatbots. Kahena also participates in study groups and integration events within the UX team.

Prior to their current role, Kahena was an intern at Codemig, where they worked as a Library Science intern. Their responsibilities included document management, technical processing of books, user registration, content creation for library promotion, document organization, and support for reference services. Kahena also created standard operating procedures, assisted with subscription contacts, and performed administrative tasks. During their internship, they gained proficiency in software applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.

Kahena's previous experience also includes internships as a Library Science intern at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and the Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte. Kahena also worked as an intern at INSS, where they gained valuable experience in a professional setting.

Kahena Barros completed their undergraduate degree in Biblioteconomia (Library Science) from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, in 2015, they completed a short-term course in Industrial Learning in Installation and Repair of Computer Networks at SENAI BH CECOTEG. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Introdução às OKRs" from Qulture.Rocks Brasil in January 2022, "Primeiros passos para uso da Linguagem simples" from Escola Nacional de Administração Pública - ENAP in December 2021, "UX: Entenda a experiência de usuário" from Alura in December 2021, and "Cappacita Dev Fase From Zero - Programação de IAs Conversacionais" from D1 - Jornadas Digitais in August 2021. Other certifications include "Programação de IAs Conversacionais - Módulo 0" from D1 - Jornadas Digitais in July 2021, "UX Writer - Design de diálogos" from D1 - Jornadas Digitais in June 2021, "Nano Course User Experience" from FIAP in April 2021, and "Capacita MDT - Chatbot Expert" from Letsbot in March 2021.
