Lucas Coitinho Dias

Lucas Coitinho Dias has a diverse work experience in the field of information security. Lucas started their career as a Technical Support Analyst at Unisys Brasil, providing support to Dell customers. Lucas then worked as a Support Technician at Smart Support, where they offered onsite support for notebooks, desktops, and servers.

After that, Lucas joined e-trust as an Information Security Analyst, specializing in areas such as Security Operations Center (SOC), firewall administration, and SIEM management. Lucas applied best practices in Information Security and handled internal and external security demands.

Later, Lucas joined Getnet - Brasil as a Senior Information Security Analyst, where they further enhanced their expertise in the field. Lucas worked with the company for over three years in different roles, including Security Information Analyst and Senior Information Security Analyst.

Their most recent position is at ZENVIA, where they hold the role of Information Security Coordinator. In this role, they lead the Information Security team, focusing on Governance, Risk and Compliance. Lucas has successfully built and manages the Information Security Management System (ISMS), certified ISO 27001.

Throughout their career, Lucas has gained experience in various aspects of information security, including privacy, application security, IT governance, and risk management.

Lucas Coitinho Dias completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cybersecurity at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Network Computing Technology at Universidade La Salle from 2009 to 2015. Lucas also completed a technical degree in Informatics at Escola Técnica Alcides Maya in 2009. In terms of their high school education, they attended Colégio Adventista de Viamão until 2007.

Additionally, Lucas Coitinho Dias has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Lucas completed the Prosci® Leading Your Team Through Change certification at Prosci in November 2022. Lucas obtained the ISO/IEC 27701 Lead Implementer Privacy certification from ABNT - Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas in November 2021. In April 2019, they achieved the ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor certification from PECB. In December 2015, they earned the Accredited Configuration Engineer (ACE) certification from Palo Alto Networks. Furthermore, they hold the MTA: Networking Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, obtained in January 2013. Lucas also attained the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional - Windows Server 2012 - 70-410 certification from Microsoft in June 2012, along with the MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals certification in the same month.
