Mats Johansson

Mats Johansson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Zenvo Automotive A/S since April 2025. Prior to this role, Mats held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Koenigsegg Automotive AB from May 2021 to March 2025. Mats has extensive experience in leadership, having been the Managing Director at Kandidathuset AB from September 2008 to December 2020, and worked as an Executive Search Consultant at PIJA Management for a brief period in 2008. Mats began a career in human resources as the HR Manager at HL Display AB from January 2000 to December 2007. Mats holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management from Luleå University of Technology, obtained between January 1988 and January 1995, and additional education from Umeå University in 2007.
