Asmelia Ahmad Adian began their career in 2012 as the Human Resource Manager at MPH Distributors Sdn Bhd. In 2018, they took on the role of Manager at Idea Company. In 2022, they started their own business and in 2023 they became the HR Manager (Talent & Culture) at Zenyum.
Asmelia Ahmad Adian obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Open University Malaysia between 2006 and 2008.
