Rafael Urlich

Rafael Urlich has a wealth of work experience. Rafael began their career in 2008 as a CRM Functional Consultant at e-Advanced Enterprise Solutions. In 2011, they moved to tgestiona Perú as an Analista de Consultoría. In 2013, they became a Project Manager de Desarrollo de Productos at Telefónica Perú. In 2016, they co-founded Rentyfy as the CTO. In 2017, they began working at Interbank as a Scrum Master, leading two teams of 8 people in the bank's transition to Agile practices for Payments Product Development. In 2021, they started working at USAID as a Fintech MBA Consultant and at Tungsten Network as a Product Management MBA Intern. Rafael is currently working at Shopee as a Senior Associate, Product Management, and will soon begin working at Zenyum as a Senior Product Manager.

Rafael Urlich is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration program at Cambridge Judge Business School and a MBA Candidate program at the University of Cambridge. In 2020, they completed an AI for Business Leaders Executive Program at Udacity and a Leadership and Innovation Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2013, they completed a Diplomado en Gestión de Negocios Internacionales at Postgrado UPC. From 2005 to 2010, they studied Ingeniería Informática at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
