Wim Plender is an experienced professional in data science and customer solutions, currently serving as the Head of Customer Solutions at Zenz Technologies since January 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing a consulting team and ensuring effective project management for successful delivery and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Wim worked at SKIM as a Research Programmer and a Graduate Intern, focusing on market research and statistical analysis, and developed an algorithm for a master's thesis on consumer behavior adaptation. Additional experience includes freelance work as a cycling messenger and a graduate internship at Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek, where a bachelor's thesis on accumulated household capital was completed. Wim holds an MSc in Econometrics and Management Science from Erasmus School of Economics and a BSc in Econometrics and Operations Research from Maastricht University, alongside a semester abroad in Mathematical Economics at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
