Mehmet Aktug

Mehmet Aktug has a diverse work experience in marketing, business development, and search engine optimization. Mehmet started their career in 2012 as a Managing Partner at Zeo, where they played a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales programs, and training employees. In 2014, they became the Director of Search Engine Optimization at Zeo, where they led the SEO operations team, defined goals, and collaborated on client strategies. In 2018, Mehmet became a Founding Partner at icerik.com, and in 2019 they co-founded Wope.

Mehmet Aktug holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Technology and Information Systems from Bilkent University. Mehmet also pursued further education in Information Technology, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. In addition to their degrees, Mehmet has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Mehmet earned the LRT Associate Certificate from Link Research Tools in November 2013 and the Digital Analytics Fundamentals Certificate from Google in October 2013. Furthermore, they completed the Sales School Advanced Certificate of Education from 360+ Plus Education Group in June 2011. Lastly, they obtained the Certificate of Proficiency in English (COPE) from Bilkent University in February 2010.
