Kat Poole

Kat Poole has a background in human resources and organizational development, with experience in various industries including manufacturing and banking. Currently, Kat holds the title of People Operations Manager at Zeochem and previously served as HR Manager at Flex Films USA. With a Master of Science in Human Resource and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville, Kat has also obtained certificates in Employment Law and Lean Six Sigma from Cornell University and Villanova University, respectively. Prior to their current roles, Kat worked as a Human Resources Manager at Atkore International and as a Branch Manager at Woodforest National Bank.
