Federico Cardenas

Federico Cardenas is the Head of Legal at Zeotap since September 2022, previously serving as Senior Legal Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Legal Counsel for SellerX, where Federico led acquisitions in the e-commerce sector, and worked as a Transaction Lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, specializing in M&A, Private Equity, Asset Finance, and Capital Markets. Federico's earlier tenure at The World Bank involved leading projects on financial regulations and managing a significant regulatory analysis project on e-commerce and data privacy. Roles at Philippi, Prietocarrizosa & Uría as an Associate and at Ferreira, Ruan y Asociados as an Associate focused on Private Equity, M&A, and public contracts.
