Sheila Nicodemus

Sheila Nicodemus serves as the Vice President of Human Resource Programs at Zep Inc. since November 2010, after a brief period as a consultant managing the Zep University system and various organizational development initiatives. Prior experience includes leading human resources and recruiting strategies at TMX Finance and a series of progressively responsible roles at HomeBanc Mortgage Corp., culminating in the position of Vice President, Corporate Recruiting Manager. Sheila began their career as an Associate at Christian & Timbers, an executive search firm. Sheila holds a degree from Auburn University.
