Terry R. Royer

Terry R. Royer has a strong background in supply chain and operations management, starting as a Manufacturing Engineer at Watlow Electric in 1992. Terry R. later worked at Bridgestone Americas as a Process Engineering Manager before joining General Electric, where they held roles as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Plant Manager. After that, they moved to Siemens, where they served as the VP of Global Operations/Supply Chain/R&D for Low Voltage Products. Following this, Terry held leadership positions at The Master Lock Company, Radienz Living, and currently, they serve as the EVP - Chief Supply Chain Officer at Zep Inc. Terry R. has a track record of driving operational excellence and implementing strategic initiatives across various industries.

Terry R. Royer earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1990-1992, followed by an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1998-2000. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt from GE in 2000 and as a Professional Engineer from the State of Illinois in 1999.
