Valerio Buffolano

Valerio Buffolano currently serves as HR Manager for the EMEA region at Zepp Health, overseeing HR operations in nine key markets since August 2022. Prior to this role, Valerio held positions such as HR Business Partner for Everli in Italy and Sr HR Business Partner at OPPO Italia, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, employer branding, and labor law compliance. Valerio's experience also encompasses a role as HR Business Partner at Huawei Consumer Business Group, focusing on talent acquisition and regional HR partnering, as well as an HR Specialist position at Huawei Technologies, where Valerio managed global mobility projects and compliance for expatriate employees.
